About the Project

Under WRAPS seeks to increase access to and awareness of alternative materials for people in underserved communities to encourage widespread adoption of household sustainability and conservation methods. For this, we will be distributing eco-friendly, sustainable alternatives amongst communities that require it paired with educational resources like factsheets on scientific conservation methods. By providing these resources, we aim to empower people with the knowledge and tools to make environmentally conscious choices and a holistic approach to sustainability that includes using alternative materials in everyday functions. This multi-faceted approach addresses both the supply of sustainable products and the education required to maximize their impact so communities are equipped to contribute to broader conservation efforts.
